How to place an order
How to place an order online? It’s very easy and practical. All you have to do is follow the system’s instructions. The process occurs in the following steps:
1. Choose your product in the category. You have detailed information about it, so that you can decide if it suits your needs.
2. Select the amount you need. Correction can be made at later stage.
3. Click on Add to Cart. You’ll see a message announcing that the product has been added to your basket – Your shipping cart. If you press the Continue button, you can continue your shopping at the store. If you click on Cart button, you’will be directed to your basket and than you can decide whether to continue your shopping or go for Checkout. If you click on Checkout you will be asked to enter your username and password. If you don’t have registration, please select New? Please Provide Your Billing Information and enter data about yourself. Fields marked with * are required.
4. Once you’ve logged your profile, check your order information. If it’s necessary, make corrections. If you want delivery on different address than the one you’ve given for your registration, press “Add a new Shipping Address”
5. Click on Next, and once again you’ll see the information for your order, as the delivery cost. Then click again on Next.
6. Final review of the information about your order. If necessary, enter additional information about your order or delivery into the fields. If everything is OK click on Confirm order.
7. After order confirmation, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal web. You may make your payment there, and go back after.
8. Our team will process your order and if necessary will contact you by E-mail or phone.
9. Smile and welcome your shipment!
Terms and conditions of delivery
The delivery of ordered products is made by courier company DPD - Economy. Deliveries are available within the following countries: Austria, Belgium, United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Finland, France, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Croatia, Sweden and Romania.
For quick and correct delivery when you register yourself is necessary to fill up correct address and update it if there are any changes to it.
Shipment time is different and depends on the country and is matched with non-working days. Estimated delivery period can be seen in the table at the bottom of this page.
Paying for the ordered products and delivery is in advance electronically by PayPal. All prices are in Euro including VAT.
You are responsible to ensure that someone will receive the ordered products. In case of failure to provide it, Vinarko Ltd is released from its obligation to perform the contract. The delivery costs are formed by the weight of products and country of recipient.
Claims and returns
When you receive the requested products you should check them for defects, any absence or other. If any of above mentioned is find out you can claim under Act 125 of Law of consumer protection. In case of discrepancy you should claim under Act 112 and Act 113 of Law of consumer protection.
You can return the product within 7 days of receiving pursuant to Act 55 paragraph 1 of the Law of consumer protection, it has to be in the same conditions in which it was received. All costs should be your responsibility, except in cases of non-compliance of the product. If the product has to be exchanged it should be done within one month from the filling of the claim by the user.
