The delivery of ordered products is made by courier company DPD - Economy. Deliveries are available within the following countries: Austria, Belgium, United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Finland, France, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Croatia, Sweden and Romania.
For quick and correct delivery when you register yourself is necessary to fill up correct address and update it if there are any changes to it.
Shipment time is different and depends on the country and is matched with non-working days. Estimated delivery period can be seen in the table at the bottom of this page.
Paying for the ordered products and delivery is in advance electronically by PayPal. All prices are in Euro including VAT.
You are responsible to ensure that someone will receive the ordered products. In case of failure to provide it, Vinarko Ltd is released from its obligation to perform the contract. The delivery costs are formed by the weight of products and country of recipient.
Claims and returns
When you receive the requested products you should check them for defects, any absence or other. If any of above mentioned is find out you can claim under Act 125 of Law of consumer protection. In case of discrepancy you should claim under Act 112 and Act 113 of Law of consumer protection.
You can return the product within 7 days of receiving pursuant to Act 55 paragraph 1 of the Law of consumer protection, it has to be in the same conditions in which it was received. All costs should be your responsibility, except in cases of non-compliance of the product. If the product has to be exchanged it should be done within one month from the filling of the claim by the user.
